Is my order secure?
Yes. Your order is encrypted via 256 bit SSL encryption. You can verify this by the “closed lock” icon on your browser when you reach the credit card information section in the checkout process.
Do I receive an order confirmation?
Once your online order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email. Please keep this confirmation for future reference if necessary. Order confirmation can only be sent if you have provided us a valid email address.
Can you ship to Post Office boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. We use USPS delivery options to deliver to these addresses.
Can I place an order to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States?
Yes, orders to Alaska and Hawaii can be placed online. If you need to ship an order to an address outside the United States please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance by calling (877)771-2390. You can also email us at service@teapartypatriotsstore.org.
How do I return or exchange an item?
